Manufacturing process of Knotted Bevel Wire Brush

The manufacturing process of Knotted Bevel Wire Brush is roughly similar to other wire brushes, but its special inclined structure requires special design.

When manufacturing the wire brush, firstly, the metal wires are alternately wound to form a wire rope; then, the wire rope is rolled into a cylindrical copper ring sleeve. In this process, steel wire ropes and copper rings are interlaced and woven, creating a tightly structured and strong surface. Next, cut off the end of the wire rope, leaving a round brush head.

In order to manufacture a wire brush with an inclined structure, the brush head needs to be installed at an angle during the manufacturing process so that it forms a bevel on the brush head part, which is what Bevel means. When used, the Knotted Bevel Wire Brush makes it easier to clean shallower surfaces, such as the inside of pipes or around corners, in an angled direction.
